Who We Are

Hidden Adventures Travel Co was founded in 2017 as The Travel Adventure Team with the goal of establishing a truly exceptional Travel Agency in the Sandhills area of North Carolina. In 2022, we rebranded and became Hidden Adventures Travel Co, where we help you seek the unexpected out of every vacation. Our team of advisors are passionate about making our clients happy, and we go above and beyond to ensure superb customer service.

 

Whether you are seeking adventure or leisure (or anything in between), we understand that each person travels for their own reasons. And that's why a "one size fits all" approach doesn't work when it comes to designing a vacation. So before we book anything for anyone, we schedule a consultation that begins with a client interview.

Much like a recipe is composed of many ingredients, multiple aspects must be considered when it comes to travel and adventure. Our recipe card takes into account factors including budget, reasons for traveling, and travel goals to name a few.

We pride ourselves on taking the time to get to know each of our clients and their interest and preferences before we begin their vacation planning. It's simple really. We listen to all your wishes, then we strive to deliver EXACTLY what you ask for.

What to Expect

  1. Once you've decided to travel, you can schedule a complimentary discovery call with one of our Travel Advisors.
     

  2. After the call, if you wish to move forward with hiring us, you will need to sign a client contract and pay the Adventure Design & Management Fee*
     

  3. Your Travel Advisor will work with you to schedule your Adventure Reveal. (Usually as a video call or email with a video attached).
     

  4. We will help you refine your adventure, polishing your itinerary until you are delighted and ready to book.
     

  5. At this point, you'll pay the balance that is currently due (Either a deposit or the entire amount, based on when the travel will take place), and we'll do all the behind-the-scenes things necessary to ensure your adventure is booked and confirmed.
     

  6. Once your reservation(s) is locked in, we'll continue working with you to prepare you for your adventure.  Even while you're at your adventure destination, your Travel Advisor is just a call or email away, should any issues arise. And because we believe in establishing long-term relationships with our clients, we'll check in with you when you return. We want to hear about your adventure, the good, the bad, and the downright ugly.

 

* We charge a non-refundable professional service fee called an Adventure Design & Management Fee. This fee allows you to have confidence when hiring us.
